Our philosophy
Our extra virgin olive oil is born from care and respect for the land. Hand-selected olives from the finest growing areas, harvested at the perfect ripeness and pressed within hours of picking. Cold pressing preserves polyphenols, vitamins and the aromas of the fresh fruit. A living oil, with very low acidity and a complex aromatic profile: green notes of grass and artichoke, a full body and a gently spicy finish that reveals its freshness. Perfect raw — on bruschetta, on a simple tomato pasta, on a salad — or as a noble ingredient in cooking.
